INITIALLY, THE MISSION TO RESTORE THE PRINCIPLES OF TRADITION TO OUR GRAINS & FLOURS WAS DRIVEN BY OUR DIRECT NEED IN THE BAKERY & KITCHEN. CONNECTING DIRECTLY WITH THE FARMER AND MILLING GRAINS FRESH IN HOUSE WAS ESSENTIAL TO OUR GOAL TO CREATE THE MOST DELICIOUS & NUTRITIOUS FOOD POSSIBLE.

IN THE SAME WAY TRADITIONAL BREAD GAVE WAY TO INDUSTRIAL PACKAGED BREADS; FRESH WHOLE FLOUR HAS BEEN REPLACED BY SHELF STABLE, OXIDIZED, REFINED WHITE FLOURS THAT ARE DROP DEAD CONSISTENT & BULLETPROOF.

 

AT NOBLE GRANARY WE HAVE RESTORED THE TRADITION OF SOURCING INTEGRITY PRESERVED GRAINS & MILLING THEM FRESH ON A HORIZONTAL STONE MILL WITH ALL THE NUTRITION AND FLAVOR IN-TACT.
